This program is designed to help you learn more about yoga & yourself. Yoga, Meditation, yoga nidra, nutrition, yoga philosophy, journalling, reading & reflection are just some of the things that we will explore in our time together.
This course is not meant to change who you are rather it is meant to bring out your already inherent positive qualities and gifts, and help you slowly let go of habits that no longer serve you.  Take time for you.  Give yourself or someone you love the gift of time and space to discover and explore self.
