30 Day Yoga Challenge

Practice Everyday for 30 Days and get Rewarded!!

We want everyone to experience the benefits of practicing yoga everyday.  A every day practice does include one day off a week for rest and if we get sick, take time to heal.  Traditionally in the ashtanga practice we take new moon (today) and full moon off of practice.  So we end up with 5 days one week and 6 days the next week.  Basically, do the best that you can to be true to you and get down and do something most days.  Those who come into the studio to practice will be eligible to win classes, body work and a meditation cushion (value: 45.00, limited quantity).
