Welcome to our Atlas Studio Website. Atlas is a yoga studio where many styles of yoga are integrated into the Atlas style. Ours is a place to come and safely explore – to go beyond your personal limitations physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is a place to feel safe and accepted for where you are at this moment in time... A place where you will receive help in your journey, help to lift the weight of the universe off of your shoulders. |
How are we different?
Atlas yoga classes are open to all age groups and fitness levels. We run our classes seasonally without an official beginning our end to each "session". This allows you to integrate yoga into your life at any time, fitting perfectly into your schedule. Drop in to any class or register for your favourite. Choose from a single class pass, a twelve class pass, or an unlimited pass to maximize the benefit of Atlas Yoga in your life. |
