Recommended Reading/Listening

Below is a list of important books and cd’s on the path of discovering the self and yoga.  Each book has its strength and weakness’.  All of the books and cd compilations below are chosen from personal experience and I feel that each has something unique to offer.  There are many more amazing books available on this broad subject.  This is a starting place.  If you are new to yoga, start at the bottom of this page and take a look at some of the general but well written books on that will give you a broad spectrum look and possibly get you excited enough to continuing reading, practicing and studying this ancient discipline.
Happy reading/listening, Jai’ bhagvan, Denise
