Take time to connect with your baby and take care of yourself. Move through a safe progression of gentle yoga postures to bring strength and awareness to your changing body and to bring relief from some of the discomforts of pregnancy. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help you unwind and calmly prepare for labour and delivery.
