Whether you're new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, returning to practice after time away or just want to strengthen the core of your practice, our beginner yoga classes based out of Cambridge, ON can benefit you. Choose the series that suits you best, based on your interests and what you're looking to get from your practice; each style offers slightly different elements in addition to general stress relief.

Currently, we offer a Beginner’s Series in Samāsa Hatha Yoga, Samāsa Vinyasa Yoga (Ashtanga) and Meditation. You will learn the elements fundamental to the practice— both the how and the why—and have a great time doing it! All yoga promotes stress relief, relaxation, overall health and well-being, and we're always happy to help you choose a Beginner’s Series that works best for you.

Beginner Series Premium Package

Every expert was once a beginner. This is a great way to start your journey with the practice of yoga. In this package you start with a private yoga session to assess your needs and wellness level. Your instructor will create a personal yoga practice for you to get you started and you will get access to 8 group yoga classes over the period of 4 weeks.

Basic Beginner Series for Newbies

Basic intro to yoga series of 4 classes. Classes are live and recorded so that you can review what you have learned. Great for those who are brand new to yoga.

Meditation Beginner’s Series

  • Cost: $59.00

  • Four one hour sessions

Personalized Beginner’s Series

  • Add two private lessons to your Beginner’s Series for just $100.00 (regularly $200.00!)

Add an Unlimited Pass onto your Beginner’s Series

  • Cost: $30.00

  • Attend any regular classes at any time for the duration of the Beginner Series
