“I left the session feeling calm, grounded, and lighter than I had in months. It was as if my body finally had permission to release the stress I’d been carrying, and I felt a sense of safety I didn’t know was possible.”
— yoga therapy client

Yoga Therapy is a body-based, somatic approach to healing that meets you where you are. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, sound, gesture and nervous system regulation, this work helps release stress patterns, restore balance, and create a sense of safety in your body. Whether you are navigating burnout, a fertility journey, caregiving, or emotionally intense life experiences, these sessions offer a space to reconnect, feel grounded, and regain your capacity to thrive.

About the Program

Our Somatic Nervous System Support Program is a structured, evidence-informed approach designed to help you release stress, restore emotional balance, and feel grounded in your body. Using principles from yoga therapy, embodied psychology, and somatics, this program addresses chronic stress patterns, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the physical tension that often accompanies high-stress life experiences.

The Program…

  1. Intake Session – Every program begins with a comprehensive 60-90 minute intake session, where we assess your current nervous system state, stress triggers, and movement patterns. This allows us to create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re navigating burnout, a fertility journey, caregiving challenges, or emotionally intense experiences.

  2. Follow-Up Sessions – Weekly or bi-weekly sessions build on the initial intake. These guided somatic therapy sessions incorporate movement, breathwork, and body-based exercises to help you integrate regulation techniques into daily life. Each session is designed to deepen your awareness and create lasting shifts in your nervous system.

  3. Daily Practices – You’ll receive short, practical daily exercises that reinforce session work, helping your body move out of chronic stress patterns and into a state of calm. These practices are simple to incorporate into busy schedules, ensuring consistent progress without adding overwhelm.

  4. Weekly Integration – Each week, we review progress, refine techniques, and provide personalized strategies for ongoing emotional regulation and stress relief. This structured rhythm helps ensure the work is effective, cumulative, and sustainable, rather than a one-off relief.

It Works…

This program works because it addresses stress at the source: your body and nervous system. Rather than focusing solely on mindset or talk therapy, our approach uses somatic awareness and embodied practices to retrain your nervous system for calm, resilience, and emotional stability. Participants consistently report reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, better sleep, and a renewed sense of safety and presence in the body—even after the first session.

Whether your goal is to navigate high-stress life events, manage burnout, or support your fertility or caregiving journey, this program provides a proven, structured, and personalized approach that creates tangible, lasting results.

A good first step is to set up a discovery call to see if we are a good match for your needs at this time.

 Our Lineage and Influences

Our approach to somatic yoga therapy and nervous system regulation is deeply informed by decades of research, clinical practice, and embodied wisdom. We are honored to stand on the shoulders of pioneering teachers and clinicians whose work has shaped the fields of trauma, somatics, and embodied psychology.

This program draws from the teachings and insights of:

  • Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Scott Lyons, Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Peter Levine – leaders in trauma-informed therapy and nervous system regulation

  • Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Eleanor Criswell Hannah – innovators in polyvagal theory, somatic movement, and body-mind integration

  • Sah Simone, Manuela Mischke Reids, Nkem Ndefo, Dr. Dick (Richard) Schwartz, Kai Cheng Thom – thought leaders in embodiment, Internal Family Systems, social justice, and intersectional somatics

…and so many others whose teaching, research, and lived experience continue to inspire our work.

We honour these teachers by integrating their evidence-based methods with compassion and clinical insight, continuously updating our practice with the latest tools and techniques to serve our clients effectively. Every session you experience reflects years of study, hands-on practice, and dedication to ethical, trauma-informed, body-based healing.

the Somatic Reset Program

Traditional talk therapy and many body-based approaches are valuable, sometimes they address what the mind can process, leaving the body holding stress, trauma, and emotional patterns. Our Somatic Reset Program works directly with your nervous system and the body’s innate intelligence, helping you release stress where it is stored and cultivate real, lasting regulation.

“Trauma is not what happens to you, it’s what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.” – Dr. Gabor Maté

“The body keeps the score. The mind may forget, but the body remembers. Effective healing happens when the body is engaged.” – Dr. Bessel van der Kolk

Through evidence-informed yoga therapy, somatic awareness, and movement practices, our program:

  • Reduces chronic stress and anxiety

  • Restores emotional regulation and resilience

  • Supports physical ease and improved energy

  • Helps caregivers, those navigating fertility, recovery, or burnout, and anyone carrying the weight of high-stress life experiences

What Participants Are Saying…

“I left my first session feeling calmer than I have in months. My body felt lighter, and I could finally breathe deeply without tension.”

“After a few weeks, I noticed I wasn’t reacting to stress the way I used to. My mind is clearer, and I feel more present for myself and my family.”

“This isn’t just talk. I can feel the change in my body. I’m calmer, more grounded, and I finally feel like I can handle what life throws at me.”

Unlike programs that focus solely on talk, or only on movement, the Somatic Reset Program integrates the latest neuroscience and trauma-informed practices to create results that are felt deeply and integrated into daily life.

Your body remembers what the mind cannot—this program meets your nervous system where it is, creating a pathway for real transformation.
