““The breath is where we meet ourselves—again and again, right here, right now.” ”
An 8-Week Journey Through Yoga, Breath & Awareness
Wednesday Night Breathwork
6:00 p.m. ~ 60 minutes
What if you could change the way you feel simply by changing the way you breathe?
Join us each Wednesday for a deeply embodied breath practice that brings together the science of the nervous system with the wonder of conscious breathing.
Across this 8-week journey, we’ll explore a variety of breath practices designed to support regulation, focus, emotional resilience, body awareness, energy and ease. Some practices may calm and settle; others may awaken, energize or open new spaces of awareness.
With regular practice, breath becomes more than something we do automatically—it becomes a doorway into greater connection with the body, a clearer mind, and a more intimate relationship with ourselves.
Come as you are. Breathe. Notice. Explore.
And discover what begins to change when you make space for the breath, week after week.

What People Notice With Regular Breathwork
“I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until I started making time each week to breathe. I feel more grounded, more aware of what’s happening in my body, and I have tools I can actually use when life feels overwhelming.”
“The biggest surprise was how different each practice felt. Some weeks I left feeling deeply calm, other weeks energized and clear. Over time, I noticed that I was responding to stress differently—not because life changed, but because I had changed how I met it.”
“Coming every week has created a kind of relationship with my breath that I never had before. I feel more connected to my body and much more aware of when I need to slow down, when I need energy, and when I simply need to pause and breathe.”

The Breath–Body Connection
Your breath is one of the few body systems that is both automatic and within your conscious control. Changing the pace and rhythm of breathing can influence physiological arousal, heart-rate variability, and how we experience stress.

The Body Knows
Before we have words for an emotion, we often experience it in the body—a tightening chest, a fluttering belly, a change in breath. Interoception, our ability to sense what's happening inside us, is an important part of emotional awareness and regulation.

Why Practice Regularly?
One breath can create a moment of pause. Regular practice gives us something more: an opportunity to become familiar with our breath, our patterns, and our responses. Research suggests that repeated breath practices may support stress reduction and emotional wellbeing.
