““Your practice doesn’t need more discipline. It needs a place in your life.””
Become the Student Again
You did your YTT. You know the poses. You know what yoga can do. So why is your own practice still the first thing to go when life gets busy?
You invested in your yoga deeply. You learned how to teach, how to sequence, how to hold space for others—and you became the person your students turn to for guidance.
But somewhere along the way, your own practice became optional. There is a reason that personal practice is in the foundational module of our teacher training program.
Life is full. There is work, family, relationships, responsibilities, and all the beautiful complexity of being a person with a life.
And yet, we know what happens when we actually come back to our mat.
We feel different.
More grounded. More present. More connected to self and others.
We haven't lost our commitment to yoga. We may simply have lost the structure that supports regular practice.
Many modern YTTs teach us how to teach yoga without necessarily giving us the structures, mentorship, and accountability we need to sustain our own practice.
Most YTTs are designed to prepare us to teach. Some don't necessarily teach us how to build and sustain a personal practice over years of changing seasons, changing bodies, changing responsibilities, and changing lives.
This is an invitation to become the student again.
In this free information session, we'll explore what needs to be in place for a daily asana practice to become something you can actually sustain—not another promise you make to yourself, but a practice that becomes part of how you live.
This isn't about another certification.
It's about a year of practice.
A year of returning to the mat.
A year of deepening relationship with our bodies.
A year of being guided, supported, challenged, and witnessed as a student.
A year of making our own practice matter again.
A year of sanga, community to support our decision to practice.
You already know enough to teach.
Now it's time to give yourself permission to be the student.
