Our approach to Fertility/Conception Yoga:

The Fertility Yoga program is about learning to communicate on a cellular level, from deep in our imagination where creative instincts live and have meaning.  It invites the yogi/yogini to trust the wisdom and creativity of the body, mind, spirit, dreams, and shadows and bring these resources into the experience of co-creating reality.  Every creative process involves a dimension of pilgrimage.  Samasā yoga sees the act of procreation as a special kind of school, a place of learning inside each of us where our relationship to creativity has the potential to teach us lessons about ourselves that are inseparable from what we birth.  This program is about the rich inner world of procreations and our relationship to self, other and the community around us.
